To The Groomsmen

The tuxedos have been chosen, and you're going to look GREAT!!!

The chosen formalwear shop is Schapiro's Formal Shop, a local formalwear shop in the upstate NY area. They have a store conveniently located in the Oakdale Mall, right across the street from the area hotels (near Sears).

The total cost should end up being $101.45 per tux.

Measurements

Please have your measurements taken sometime in late Spring or early Summer (June timeframe), and forward them to the store. You can get your measurements taken at any formalwear shop local to you… but don't have it done where they're going to charge you for it!

Measurements needed:
• Height
• Weight
• Coat Size
• Insleeve (not required, but helpful)
• Trousers Size - Waist
• Outseam
• Shirt Neck
• Sleeve
• Shoes (noting Regular or Wide)

The measurements can be provided to Schapiro's on a form/envelope that we can provide to you, or you can submit them online, at: http://www.schapiros.com under the "Measurements" tab… (On the website, there is a form to fill out, including the wedding date (9/20/03), groom's name (Timothy DeSantis), and store location (Oakdale, Mall, Johnson City). You can fill out the rest with your personal information and measurement details. They may require a deposit, but this cannot be done online.)

Wedding Weekend

The wedding rehearsal starts promptly at 6pm, and we ask that you visit Schapiro's to try on your tuxes prior to that time. That means if you're coming in from out of town, plan on arriving at the hotel by 4pm in order for you to get settled, try on your tux at the shop, and get to the rehearsal on time.

Note - The Heritage Country Club has invited the groom, groomsmen, and fathers to golf during the wedding weekend. Although details have not been panned out, please let Tim know if you're interested, and how early you think you can arrive in the area (by noon on Friday is preferable for a Friday afternoon tee time).

Post-Wedding Tux Returns

We will be collecting the tuxedos (and accompanying accessories) on Sunday morning at the Farewell Breakfast given at the Best Western, and will return them to the shop for you. If you need to leave prior to the breakfast, please leave your tux with someone who can turn it in at the breakfast for you.

Photographers

I expect the photographers to be at my parents' home around 1pm for "getting ready" pictures… Everyone is welcome to come to my house to get ready after we're done at the salon.

• Take the Route 17C W / Main St / Route 26 N ramp (0.2 miles)

• Stay in right lane until after the left lane becomes a left turn only lane
